Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes to develop strategic workforce solutions, support business objectives, and cultivate high-performing teams.

As an accomplished HR Business Partner, Monique has provided leadership and guidance to organizations serving diverse clients while supporting workforces of hundreds of employees, including engineers, technical consultants, and corporate professionals. Her expertise spans workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and leadership consulting.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a certification in Human Resource Management, combining strategic insight with hands-on experience to help businesses navigate today’s evolving workplace. Her ability to align people strategies with organizational goals has enabled companies to enhance performance, strengthen culture, and drive sustainable growth.

Inspired by her passion for bringing people together, Monique founded The Bridge of Solutions HR Consulting Firm with her business partner, Erica Moore to bring a simple yet powerful vision: to serve as the bridge between people, leadership, and business success. She believes that meaningful connections and collaborative partnerships are at the heart of every thriving organization.

Erica Moore is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of experience in administrative operations, human resources, accounting, and business management. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in billing, accounts payable, organizational operations, and client relations, equipping her with the knowledge and insight to help businesses operate more effectively and efficiently.

Holding a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree, Erica combines strategic business acumen with a passion for supporting organizational success. Her comprehensive understanding of business operations enables her to develop practical, results-driven solutions that streamline processes, strengthen client partnerships, and foster sustainable growth.
